As a UX/UI Designer I have spent last 3 years and 8 months redesigning an enterprise system (specifically a CRM) with a company called Simpleview. The CRM is now called the DMS (Destination Management System), and the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) of it was released in July of 2020.

Some of my daily duties would include:

- Researching a particular workflow to understand it as best as possible by reading internal documents, watching internal videos, meeting with co workers, and conducting a competitive analysis.

- Creating Journey Maps using Miro

- Researching best practices and heuristics

- Writing a script and questions for interviews, doing a pilot test with internal people, then conducting the actual interviews with members of the user group

- Create questions for surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data

- Creating wireframes and prototypes using Adobe XD, low, mid, and high - iterating on designs

- Writing tasks for usability testing, doing a pilot test, then conducting the tests in person or remote with our user group. Once the tests are done, create an affinity map and a rainbow spreadsheet to help synthesize the data and create a final report

- Having meetings with the product team and others for a variety of reasons, to present work, learn, get feedback, give feedback, etc.

- Conducting a UI audit and documenting inconsistencies, errors, and design elements that need to be fixed

- Using Pendo to see how often certain actions/buttons are used

Below is a video which summarizes the DMS.
